The patented Mobile RF Batch Pick Cart is ideal for operations that have several pick faces/SKUs and cannot justify a full pick to light system. Because the put modules are mounted on the cart and not the pick face, the number of Pick-MAX™ modules required is independent of the number of pick faces/SKUs being serviced.

The Mobile RF Batch Pick Cart is easily adapted to existing systems and in most cases is installed on your existing carts. The system interfaces with any Host computer system and utilizes a very simple file based interface

The Mobile RF Batch Pick cart system provides real-time batch optimization capability, that groups orders by common pick location utilizing a very efficient algorithm. This batch optimization can provide up to 70% fewer visits depending on order profiles. Because the system is light directed using the Pick-MAX™ system and is real-time controlled, accuracy and efficiency are greatly improved over paper systems.
